L'Impériale Chalets

The L'Impériale Chalets are just four, brand new residences which are complete second homes and therefore come with no rental obligation. 

Set close to the centre of Grimentz and only a short distance from the lifts, the chalets will enjoy great views from their private balconies and elevated positions. 

As part of the wider Hameau des Bains development, owners will also have access to the hotel style facilities in the building below, including a concierge, swimming pool, spa and more.

There are 2 four bedroom chalets available along with a two and three bedroom option. All will have open living spaces and fully equipped kitchens. 

Finally each is sold un-furnished and comes with two indoor parking spaces (worth CHF 65k each).
